We’ll review your health history, pathology results discuss current symptoms, and perform any necessary assessments to tailor your plan.
Of course this is very dependent on where you are when you come to see me however when the treatment plan is followed, most women notice improvements within a few weeks, with optimal results over 3-6 months, depending on individual needs.
Yes. Your health journey will take time dependent on your symptoms and overall health when you come to see me. Generally you will come back for a follow-up consulation 2-3 weeks after your initial. But if you're symptoms are chronic, you can expect anywhere from 3 -12 months of consultations to support your healing.
Private health insurance for Naturopaths is set to return later this year (2025). I will keep you updated via this website and social platforms.
Absolutely—my approach complements existing treatments. We coordinate care to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Yes, I base my protocols on current evidence-based research in hormonal health, herbal medicine, and nutrition.
Natural remedies are generally safe, but I monitor your progress to minimise any risks. All possible side-effects or interactions are taken into consideration before anything is prescribed.
