Through natural, intuitive therapies and compassionate guidance, I support women navigating stress, fatigue, burnout, perimenopause, and weight challenges.
I’m here to help you deepen your connection with your body, awaken your intuition, and confidently claim your health and well-being.
I grew up barefoot on a hobby farm in Central Victoria, with dirt under my fingernails, running in the rain or with sunshine on my skin.
Most days, you’d find me in the garden with my Nanna who taught me to honour the earth, respect the seasons, and find beauty in the smallest living things. It was there, in the soil and stillness, that my connection to nature, and to healing, was first born.
Later, I poured my heart into motherhood, raising two beautiful children while juggling work in hospitality around school hours and weekend sport. Being present for my kids was everything but as they grew older and more independent, I began to feel a quiet ache. A sense of disconnection. I had forgotten who I was.
That longing led me back to myself, first through creativity, completing a Visual Arts degree and a deeply personal Honours project exploring the feeling of losing oneself. It cracked me open. And it became the beginning of something sacred: my return to wholeness.
I became a teacher next, earning a Graduate Diploma of Education and working in primary schools, a time filled with heart and purpose, but also stress.
My health began to whisper... then shout. I knew I needed to listen.
Natural therapies had always been a thread in my life, aromatherapy, herbal teas, flower essences, moon rituals. I’d seen a Naturopath for years. But now, I wanted to go deeper. To understand, to practice, to guide.
So I enrolled in a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). It took over eight years, through parenting, teaching, and major life transitions, but it remains one of the most soul-fulfilling journeys I’ve ever taken.
And somewhere along the way… I became a grandmother. Twice blessed. Stepping into this new chapter as a Granny has been effortless, a natural continuation of my devotion to care, wisdom, and unconditional love.
Today, I hold space for other women who, like me, are awakening.
Women who feel exhausted, lost, unheard, disconnected from their bodies.
Women ready to come home to themselves.
In clinic, I blend the science of natural medicine with the soul of spiritual healing. I don’t just address symptoms, I see the whole woman.
Her story.
Her cycles.
Her energy.
Her power.
This work isn’t just what I do.
It’s who I am.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and had a partial thyroidectomy in 2022, but the journey to this point was long and challenging. It wasn’t until I truly understood my body and learned to interpret my own pathology results that I uncovered my Hashimoto’s diagnosis.
Back in my 20s, I was constantly exhausted. My iron levels were always low, and my thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) was elevated, yet I was repeatedly told that everything was fine. I would take iron supplements, but the moment I stopped, my levels would drop again. Doctors attributed this to my heavy periods but never investigated further. No one ever looked into the cause of my painful, heavy periods. (I now know I have adenomyosis). I was prescribed antidepressants for my fatigue, but I refused to take them—I knew I wasn’t depressed.
For the next 20 years, this cycle continued. Every doctor visit was the same: “You’re fine,” they’d say. But I was far from fine. I was exhausted, constantly cold, and my body ached. Despite a visible enlargement on my thyroid, I was dismissed again and again. At times, I began to wonder if I was just imagining it all—maybe I was lazy or a hypochondriac—because, after all, the doctors said I was fine.
No-one listened
No-one took me seriously
No-one cared
In 2022, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I ordered my own blood tests online, and unsurprisingly, my thyroid antibodies were through the roof. Armed with this information and my visibly enlarged thyroid, I returned to the doctor. Still, I wasn’t eligible to see a public endocrinologist. Fortunately, I was in a position to pay for a private specialist, who diagnosed Hashimoto’s and raised concerns that my thyroid nodule might be malignant. This led to surgery, and thankfully, the nodule was benign.
I knew long before the diagnosis that something was wrong. As a health science student, I had the knowledge to investigate my symptoms and start healing even before receiving a formal diagnosis.
Now, with part of my toxic thyroid removed, I feel much better and can focus on improving my health.
I have since been diagnosed with adenomyosis (think endometriosis big sister) and osteoarthritis.
What saddens me most is how the medical system let me down. Year after year, I was dismissed and unheard. As women, we deserve better. Luckily, I had the tools and knowledge to advocate for myself, forcing the medical system to take notice.
Today, I know how to support my body nutritionally, environmentally, and through lifestyle changes, but it should never have taken this long to get the care I needed.
That's why I am passionate about supporting women through health education . I want for all women to have the knowledge of their own bodies so that they can take control of, and advocate for, their own health journey.

It all started with my own journey to health and wellness, and the incredible impact natural medicines had on my life and my family.
Over 26 years ago, I began using natural remedies for my children, right from when they were babies. Seeing the benefits of these natural approaches firsthand was a game-changer. When I faced terrible menstrual issues, it was herbal medicine that came to my rescue, resolving my symptoms when nothing else seemed to work and no-one else seemed to listen.
My own profound experiences ignited a passion in me to help other women support their health naturally. I want to empower women to take control of their health through education, so they don't have to suffer alone feeling unheard and unsupported.
As a Naturopath, my mission is to provide holistic support and uncover the root causes of health issues, offering more than just a temporary fix.

Medical school course outlines do not adequately include women's health.
'This may have profound consequences on women's health in terms of diagnosis, time to diagnosis, rates of misdiagnosis, and response to tests and treatment, thus widening the sex and gender gap in clinical medicine.'
