Many women experiencing fatigue, hormonal imbalance or digestive issues have often been dealing with these symptoms for months or even years. While a single consultation can provide helpful guidance, meaningful and lasting improvements usually require time, consistency and ongoing support.


A 90-day program allows us to work together in a structured way so your body has the time it needs to respond to treatment. During this period we can assess how your body is responding to dietary changes, herbal medicine and lifestyle adjustments, and make personalised refinements along the way.

This approach also allows us to address the root causes of symptoms, rather than simply managing them temporarily. By working together over several consultations, we can monitor progress, review testing results and adapt your treatment plan to support deeper healing.
