A guided journey through the sacred seasons, exploring nature’s rhythms and your own cycles through women’s circle, ritual and self-discovery.

Across eight seasonal gatherings aligned with the sabbats of the Southern Hemisphere wheel, we meet in circle to:
Slow down and reconnect to ourselves
Honour the changing seasons within and around us
Create with our hands in a deeply nourishing way
Explore storytelling, ritual, symbolism, and reflection
Witness one another through the threshold of midlife
Reconnect with creativity, intuition, and belonging.
You don't need any religion or beliefs to be a part of Weaving the Wheel.

Women’s sharing circle
Seasonal ritual and reflection
Guided creative process
Embroidery, stitching, printing and symbolic crafting
Meditation and nervous system regulation practices
Herbal teas and ceremonial cacao
Spaciousness, connection, and rest
Naturopathic support

You feel the exhaustion of constantly pushing through alongside the sense that your body is changing faster than the world around you understands.
Yet your body, mind and soul are longing to slow down, to create, to gather with women and to be witnessed as you move into your next phase of life.

Your Medicine Shawl is a living record of your journey, holding your stories, memories and intentions through slow stitching, meaningful fabrics and symbols. As we move through the seasons, it becomes a reminder of your resilience, growth and connection.
It isn’t meant to be perfect. No sewing experience is needed. Uneven stitches, loose threads and unfinished edges all belong because every stitch carries a little of your story.
Plus we will experiment with natural dye processes, printing, drawing, felting and more.
The beauty of the shawl is in the creative process. The final result is the story and the beauty of you.
Held close to the sabbats on Dja Dja Wurrung country. Gatherings will be held outdoors pending weather conditions. Held on a Saturday or a Sunday from 10-3pm. BYO lunch. See dates below.
Included for every woman:
embroidery hoop - threads and needles - fabric and fabric markers - shared ceremonial crafting resources - access to ongoing project guidance - downloadable inspirational e-book
Carefully curated practices, prompts, teachings and symbolic creative invitations throughout the year. Plus downloadable resources such as rituals, seasonal guides and seasonal inspiration for your medicine shawl.
Nourishment for body, heart, and nervous system.
This journey is created to support the women who attend and as we connect more deeply in each gathering, Kerri-Anne intuitively adds extra meditations, guided reflective activities, naturopathic support, sound healing, the use of essential oils and flower essences for extra support or whatever else she feels the group, or the individual woman, is needing at that time.

Something has changed.
Perhaps you're waking at 3am and struggling to get back to sleep.
Perhaps your patience is shorter than it used to be, your energy feels unpredictable, or you're wondering why the things that once worked for your body no longer seem to help.
Maybe you've found yourself thinking:
"I don't feel like myself anymore."
If so, I want you to know something important.
You are not imagining it.
You are not failing.
You are not "just getting older."
And you are certainly not alone.
