No, this program welcomes all fitness levels. We start where you are and build gently.


You will be asked to weigh and measure yourself at the beginning of the program so that you can track your progress.  It is also suggested that you take a photo of yourself for the same reason. You will not be asked to share this unless you feel comfortable in doing so.


No. This program offers naturopathic and holistic tools and education. It does not replace medical advice or treatment. However you will notice great health benefits!!
