This 12 week program is specifically designed to help you achieve lasting weight loss while addressing the unique challenges women face in this stage of life.
As a fully qualified Naturopath, nutritional therapist, and women's health advocate, I understand the impact that factors like stress, hormonal changes, and lifestyle habits can have on weight gain.
This program will help you uncover the root causes behind your struggles and support you in making real, sustainable changes.
Working 1:1 with a Naturopath for weight loss provides personalised support tailored to your unique needs, addressing underlying factors like hormonal imbalances, stress, and metabolic issues.
Naturopaths offer evidence-based strategies, such as dietary and lifestyle changes alongside herbal or supplemental support, to manage these underlying drivers of weight gain. Studies reveal that women with individualised care and accountability are more successful in achieving sustainable weight loss.
A Naturopath supports your journey holistically, ensuring a healthy metabolism, balanced hormones, and lasting results by addressing both physical and emotional factors.

Stress: Learn how chronic stress can contribute to weight gain and how to manage it.
Blood Sugar Regulation: Understand the role of insulin and glucose in weight management.
Hormones : Learn how female hormones impact weight maintenance.
Food Choices: Discover which foods nourish your body and promote healthy weight loss.

Week 1: - Introductory online workshop
Meal plan and recipes available in your learning portal
Initial consultation via Telehealth
Week 3: - Workshop - Why does stress
impact weight loss? - This workshop discusses the impacts of stress
on fat storage and how you can reduce your cortisol levels to
support weight loss.
Week 5: - Workshop - Foods as medicine
Understand what foods are supporting our health and what
foods are contributing to weight gain and disease.
Week 7: - Workshop - The importance of blood glucose regulation (even if
you don't have diabetes) - Uncover what blood glucose is and how
we can support balanced levels throughout the day to maintain
energy and support weight loss.
Week 9: - Workshop - How womens hormones affect weight maintenance-
Understand the impact our hormones have on the ability to gain or
lose weight.
Week 11: - Workshop - Metabolic syndrome - Hypertension,
high cholesterol and weight gain.
Week 12: - Our final check in and Q and A on
whatever topics you choose..
All workshops will be recorded.
